Safety

Safety is a top priority at Lymington Rushmore Holidays. We take our responsibility of looking after those in our care on the Junior and Senior Holidays very seriously.

All our staff and volunteers have been cleared by a disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau as part of our Child Protection Policy. There is also a medically qualified leader on hand with responsibility for healthcare during the holidays.

All activities are supervised by experienced adults with the necessary national qualifications; for example, our Kayaking instructors are qualified British Canoe Union coaches. We make every effort to ensure that all activities listed are available, but when we are not able to provide adequate supervision for an activity it will not be included in the programme.

AALA

We hold an Adventure Activities Licensing Authority Licence for watersports ('Titus Trust South', Reference No: R1415). The AALA is part of the Health and Safety Executive and Licensing is administered by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service. Details of the licence can be confirmed via www.aals.org.uk or by calling 029 2075 5715.
