Volunteers
The Staff Team are assisted in running our holidays by a large team of volunteers.
Our volunteers serve in one of three roles: leading, assistant leading or cooking. All volunteers are required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) every three years and also have satisfactory references in place as part of our Safeguarding Policy.

Leaders
Our leaders are responsible for ensuring all young people on our holidays have a brilliant time. We therefore seek to provide a ratio of one leader to every two or three children on our holidays. We hold conferences and training events throughout the year to equip leaders for the role.
Assistant Leaders
Our assistant leaders help with practical tasks throughout the week while having a lot of fun along the way! This is a role for recent school leavers and university students. Click here to find out more.
Cooks
Our cooks work together in preparing all the food necessary to keep bellies full and energy levels high! On each week there is an experienced Head Cook coordinating the team and offering support and guidance. No previous experience in mass catering is required.
